Fields are usually presented to users in main listing tables and on add/edit
forms.  The C<label> statement provides the textual description of the field
for the user.

To see an example, build:

    bigtop -c example.bigtop all

Change to the newly created Kids directory and look in
Kids/lib/GEN/Child.pm for 'Birth Day'.
