    Bugfix for Issue #7

    `CLI::Helpers` was messing with the global configuration of `Getopt::Long`
    causing unexpected behavior. I rolled back the automatic initialization,
    but this bug report demonstrates that behavior is expected by users.

    Add JSON / YAML Encoding Option and Allow References in Output

    * Adds a `--encode=yaml` and `--encode=json` to set default output
