    - CriticProfile compares the policies of the profile with those of its
      template, and fails with the name of each policy that the template
      enables and the profile neither enables nor turns off with [-Name].
      Before, it compared only the first line, so a profile kept passing
      after its template gained a policy.  The keys header and outdated are
      deprecated and ignored; a flavor that names them still loads.
