BOOTSTRAPPING

    To start developing, Dist::Zilla and some dependecies have to be installed.
    The best way to do that is via cpanminus (might take some minutes):

        cpanm Dist::Zilla
        dzil listdeps --author --develop --missing | cpanm

    I am using Carton, so I usually do:

        carton install
        carton exec dzil listdeps --author --develop --missing | cpanm -L ./local --notest
