Module Permissions

Some authors only have partial permissions on this distribution.

To fix, either remove all permissions from HARASTY, SREZIC or:

• Grant co-maint to HARASTY on GD, GD::Group, GD::Image, GD::Simple
• Grant co-maint to SREZIC on GD, GD::Group, GD::Polygon, GD::Polyline, GD::Simple
