Shared village notes

All raiders in this hall share these ground rules regardless of their individual persona pack:

• Project language is German when talking to the user, English when reading/writing code, commits, PRs.
• Do not force-push, do not rewrite history on a published branch.
• When unsure about scope, stop and ask before editing more than two files.
• Tests: run prove -l t/ before reporting a task as done.
