  - Distribution fixes.

  - "continuoushist" tool combining "histify" and "drawasciihist"
    and updating histogram output as data comes in.
  - "continuoushist" has some basic stats output and other new
    features, too.
  - Lots of refactoring: Moved code to module. 
    (So plenty of new bugs)
