Pass Attribute handle to trigger subs

When we write a prototype, we will not know the name of the attribute. 
So writing a trigger sub is difficult

What we need to do is pass the reader/writer methods to the trigger 
as well as the $self, $value, $meta.

An Alternative is to use a Custom Moose::Role class that provides some
sugar to the class that creates the trigger.
