Module Permissions

Some authors only have partial permissions on this distribution.

To fix, either remove all permissions from ETHER, PERIGRIN, STEVAN or:

• Grant co-maint to ETHER on MooseX::Workers::Job
• Grant co-maint to PERIGRIN on MooseX::Workers::Job
• Grant co-maint to STEVAN on MooseX::Workers::Job
