Module Permissions

Some authors only have partial permissions on this distribution.

To fix, either remove all permissions from ADAMK, FAYLAND, REHSACK or:

• Grant co-maint to ADAMK on Padre::Plugin::HTML::Document
• Grant co-maint to FAYLAND on Padre::Plugin::HTML::Document
• Grant co-maint to REHSACK on Padre::Plugin::HTML::Document
