    - Initial Release.  Reports a sub that calls itself, by name, through
      &name, as a method on its own invocant, or through __SUB__.  perl
      gives every call a stack frame, so recursion uses one for each level
      of its input.  goto &name and goto __SUB__ are not reported, because
      they replace the frame.
