    - Initial Release.  Reports a statement that empties a my variable,
      such as %h = (), undef $x or $hr = {}, when nothing reads the
      variable again before the end of the block that declares it.
      Emptying what a reference points to, such as %$hr = (), is not
      reported, because other code can hold the same reference.
