        - Fix: with `queue => 1` no notification was ever delivered, and the
        worker refused every job with "no task registered for
        'punk.push.send'".
        - Fix: the task asked the job for the application and a
        Punk::Queue::Job has no `app` method, so a send that did reach the
        body died on its first line. It closes over the application it was
        registered on instead.
        - Fix: push.js `current` and `unsubscribe` asked for the registration
        while the worker was still installing and got none, so a page that
        registers the worker and then asks reported nobody as subscribed.
