Shebangml Syntax Files

Writing a syntax file basically means writing a parser all over again in
a limited language, except that it doesn't have to functionally parse
the format.

Patches welcome!

Vim

The tree in syntax/vim/ can simply be mirrored into your ~/.vim/
directory.
