* New function "unexport_package" cleans previously exported symbols.

* Function "fetch_glob" approves slot name as second argument.

* Exported functions can be deleted with "no Scalar::Util".

Changes:

* Function "delete_glob" deletes SCALAR slot if it exists and contains
  undef value.

* Exporter is not used anymore.  Own "export_package" function is used
  instead.
