       - vim-syntax-to-shb: detect and report "thin" (effectively empty)
         generated .shb files; new --min-sections, --warn-thin,
         --fail-on-thin options (fail-on-thin gates CI/build scripts)
       - vim-syntax-to-shb: follow runtime!/source/syn-include directives
         (new --follow-includes option, on by default) so Vim syntax files
         that delegate all their rules to another file (bash -> sh,
         scss -> sass, typescript -> shared/typescriptcommon) now produce
         real highlighting rules instead of an empty stub
       - Curated share/syntax/zig.shb, julia.shb, tcsh.shb, dockerfile.shb
         by hand (Vim-magic regex / indirectly-defined keywords that the
         converter cannot safely translate)
       - Regenerated the bundled non-curated share/syntax/*.shb set with
         the improved converter
       - Added t/08-no-thin-shb.t regression test asserting every bundled
         .shb ships with at least one usable rule section
