Template Toolkit filter converting cyrillic text into
transliterated and back.

INSTALLATION

To install this module type the following:

   perl Makefile.PL
   make
   make test
   make install

This is alpha release of module. Charset tables and other
stuff could be changed in future versions. Use this module
on your own risk. All suggestions are welcome.
