Print skip_all plan using _print() to include indents
This means the SKIP wont affect the exit code of the test if multiple
SKIPs are found.

Revamp subtests to use Test::Builder::subtest while remaining pretty
Decided to overwrite Test::Builder::note instead of writing our own
subtest sub without Test::Builder's planning features.
Also made a design decision to include 'not ok's for subtests but not 'ok's.

Change the position to reset color
If we look the result of test with `tail -f` or similar command,
then protrude the setting of color to next line. Like so;
