Tier 1 is “premium” traffic from these 5 English-speaking countries where you’ll typically get the most opt-ins and conversions:<br />

More often than not, this is the traffic you’ll want.<br />

Tier 2 consists of 43 countries where the majority of the remaining “good” traffic comes from:<br />
