<b>Why don&rsquo;t my stats match <span style="color:#008000;">[something else]</span>?</b><br />
<br />
Before getting into the reasons why your stats may not match, there are two steps you should take first &hellip;<br />
<br />
<br />
<strong>Step #1:</strong>&nbsp;To track down discrepancies it is <strong>critically important</strong> that you understand what flagged and blocked clicks are, and how they affect your stats.<br />
<br />
Please read (or re-read) this FAQ before continuing:<br />
&nbsp;
<table border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" style="box-sizing: border-box; border-collapse: collapse; border-spacing: 0px; max-width: 100%; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">
	<tbody style="box-sizing: border-box;">
		<tr style="box-sizing: border-box;">
			<td style="box-sizing: border-box; width: 20px;"><img height="20" src="//cdn.clickmagick.com/images/user/faqpage.gif" style="box-sizing: border-box; border: 0px; vertical-align: middle;" width="17" /></td>
			<td style="box-sizing: border-box;">&nbsp;</td>
			<td style="box-sizing: border-box;"><b style="box-sizing: border-box;"><a href="/user/faqs.cgi?answer=175" style="box-sizing: border-box; background: transparent;">How do flagged and/or blocked clicks affect your stats?</a></b></td>
		</tr>
	</tbody>
</table>
<br />
<br />
<strong>Step #2:</strong> Check the quality of your traffic so that you can eliminate poor traffic as the cause of the discrepancies.<br />
<br />
<img src="//cdn.clickmagick.com/images/user/faqs/quality.gif" /><br />
<br />
To check your traffic quality, click on the Settings menu&nbsp;<img src="//cdn.clickmagick.com/images/user/faqs/gear.png" /> to the right of the link or rotator you&rsquo;re investigating.<br />
<br />
Choose &ldquo;Traffic Quality&rdquo; from the menu and you will see a breakdown of the traffic being sent to your link or rotator over the time period you have selected.<br />
<br />
Make sure you choose a time range that covers only the period covering the discrepancy. This will show you if your link or rotator has had a sudden drop in the quality of its traffic.<br />
<br />
&nbsp; <img src="//cdn.clickmagick.com/images/line1.gif" /><br />
<strong>Step #3:</strong> Now that you understand how clicks are flagged or blocked based on a user&rsquo;s settings, and you have a clear understanding of the quality of the traffic your link or rotator is receiving, please read the guide below for an in-depth look at this problem &hellip;<br />
&nbsp;
<table border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" style="box-sizing: border-box; border-collapse: collapse; border-spacing: 0px; max-width: 100%; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">
	<tbody style="box-sizing: border-box;">
		<tr style="box-sizing: border-box;">
			<td style="box-sizing: border-box; width: 20px;"><a href="https://www.clickmagick.com/info/stats/" target="_blank"><img height="20" src="//cdn.clickmagick.com/images/user/faqpage.gif" style="box-sizing: border-box; border: 0px; vertical-align: middle;" width="17" /></a></td>
			<td style="box-sizing: border-box;">&nbsp;</td>

</table>
<br />
<br />
<b>We know figuring out stats discrepancies is no fun.</b><br />
<br />
Unfortunately, there are no shortucts. The only way to &ldquo;figure it out&rdquo; is for someone to go through all of the items detailed at the link above looking for clues &hellip;<br />
<br />
&hellip; and there&rsquo;s really nothing we can do to figure it out that you can&rsquo;t, so the sooner you learn how to do this &ldquo;stuff&rdquo; the better.<br />
<br />
With that being said, if you have a large discrepancy that you can&rsquo;t figure out we&rsquo;ll be happy to take a look if you <strong><a href="/user/action/account/help.cgi?action=helpdesk" target="_blank">submit a ticket</a></strong>. But please understand the following &hellip;<br />
<br />
<br />
<strong>What we CAN do:</strong><br />
<br />
As long as your ticket makes it clear that you&rsquo;ve already tried to figure out the problem, and you detail exactly what you&rsquo;ve already done, we&rsquo;ll be happy to take a look to see if there&rsquo;s anything we can spot that you may have missed.<br />
<br />
<br />
<strong>What we can NOT do:</strong><br />
<br />
We don&rsquo;t have the resources to spend hours and hours figuring out any one users&rsquo; stats discrepancy, nor do we guarantee that we&rsquo;ll always be able to figure out your problem.<br />
<br />
