<b>You won’t be able to submit a ticket until you do.</b><br />

We’re happy to help, but we need you to please try to help yourself first – plus you’ll normally find the answers you need quicker this way as well.<br />
<br />
If you’re new to ClickMagick we strongly recommend that you set aside about an hour or so to watch the tutorial videos at the very top of the <strong><a href="/user/tutorials.cgi" target="_blank">Video Tutorials</a></strong> page. These videos cover all the basics of ClickMagick and watching our tutorials will help you get off to a fast start.<br />

Later when you have time we recommend you come back and watch ALL of our tutorial videos.<br />
<br />
ClickMagick has an astonishing number of features and if you don’t watch the tutorials we GUARANTEE you’ll miss at least a few of them, and you don’t want to do that!<br />

If you need to submit a ticket, click on <strong><a href="/user/action/account/help.cgi" target="_blank">1-Hour Support</a></strong> in the <strong>Help</strong> menu at the top of any page. Please include a full explanation, giving the name of the links, rototars, or funnels you’re refering to. In many cases, you’ll find that it’s easier to explain what’s going on by providing a screenshot with your ticket. If you don’t know how to take a screenshot, you can find instructions here:<br />
