You can reach our <strong><a href="/user/action/account/help.cgi" target="_blank">Help Desk</a></strong> by going the the <strong>Help</strong> menu at the top of every page and choosing <strong><a href="/user/action/account/help.cgi" target="_blank">1-Hour Support</a></strong>. We are available day and night to answer your questions.<br />

Here are two suggestions to speed things up:<br />

You can find the FAQs in the <strong>Help</strong> menu at the top of every page. For best results, type in a short question rather than just a word or two. Our FAQ knowledge base is extensive and you’ll probably find the exact answer that you want.</td>

When you get to the <strong><a href="/user/action/account/help.cgi" target="_blank">1-Hour Support</a></strong> desk, you’ll be asked to search the FAQs first. If you’ve already done that, simply click on the <strong>Continue</strong> button without entering anything in the search box and you will be taken directly to the ticketing system.<br />
