Watching a ticket is very important if you’re unable to answer it so you can learn from your fellow CSOs about how to handle a particular question.<br />

In order to receive notification for any future activity on a ticket, you’ll want to opt to watch the ticket.<br />
<br />
Simply click the star icon located at the top of the ticket and choose “Add me” in the drop-down box that appears.<br />

Once this is set, you’ll receive E-mail notifications so you can follow up with the progress of the ticket.
