    - Encode base32 with MIME::Base32 rather than Encode::Base2N, which
      needs a C++ build that cpm cannot install.  The encoded text is the
      same, and lower case still decodes.
    - new(secret => ...) keeps the secret it is given, rather than
      replacing it with a random one.  Given base32secret as well, the
      constructor still uses base32secret.
