Generated from the ThrottleDevice definition of spec/v1.51.yaml, which the swagger leaves undescribed. Nothing in paths: reaches it either; it is one entry of Resources.BlkioDeviceReadBps, Resources.BlkioDeviceReadIOps, Resources.BlkioDeviceWriteBps and Resources.BlkioDeviceWriteIOps.
