For multi-task configuration files we cannot delete these resources:

- role, policy
- log group
- Fargate security group
- cluster

For http services we can delete

- ALB if it is was provisioned by App::FargateStack
- ALB security group
- Alias record
- target group

For scheduled task we can delete

- rule 
- rule target

If only 1 task in the configuration file, we can delete the entire stack.

The task definition ARN will be deleted to indicate that the task resources were removed.
