NAME
App::FuguBench::Version - the version verb of fugubench
SYNOPSIS
$ fugubench version
fugubench 0.0.0 (Fugu 0.5.0)
DESCRIPTION
App::FuguBench::Version holds the version verb. The verb prints one line to standard output and returns 0. The line names the version of the program and the version of the Fugu library beside it, so one command tells a gate what it runs.
The verb reads no checkout, so it runs in a home with no .toolingrc.
command
command($verb) returns the entry of the Fugu::CLI table. The module holds one verb, so it ignores the name.
line
line returns the line of the verb: the version of the program and the version of the Fugu library beside it. The doctor reports this line as its version check, so the two verbs never name a different version.
THE VERSIONS
The dist build stamps our $VERSION into every staged package. A checkout carries no stamp, and the version of the program is then 0.0.0.
The Fugu version is the version of the loaded library: the installed one in a checkout, and the snapshot in the pack.
RETURN VALUES
command returns a hash reference, and its body returns 0. line returns a string.
