SYNOPSIS

CLIPSeqTools::CompareApp provides tools to compare two CLIP-Seq libraries.

CLIPSeqTools::CompareApp is primarily a collection of scripts and modules that can be used to compare two CLIP-Seq libraries.

To install CLIPSeqTools, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm CLIPSeqTools

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install CLIPSeqTools
