Column-level diff operations for MSSQL. MSSQL supports ALTER TABLE ADD/DROP COLUMN, ALTER COLUMN for type/nullability/default changes. Built on DBIO::Diff::Op (the nested create/change/drop walk) and DBIO::Diff::Compare (the changed_column_fields sameness predicate).
