DESCRIPTION

Table-level diff operations for MSSQL. Handles CREATE TABLE, DROP TABLE. create ops capture the target columns and foreign keys so as_sql can emit the full inline definition. Built on DBIO::Diff::Op (the create/drop walk and accessor/summary plumbing).
