SYNOPSIS
In dist.ini:
[WordList]DESCRIPTION
This plugin is to be used when building WordList::* distribution. Currently it does the following:
Check that wordlist is sorted
Check that wordlist does not contain any duplicates
Replace
# STATSplaceholder (which must exist) with word list statistics
