IRC::Bot::Hangman::Response - Hangman responses' plugin engine

SYNOPSIS

use IRC::Bot::Hangman::Response;
print IRC::Bot::Hangman::Response->get_a_msg( 'help' );

This module loads the responses plugins and provide a message based on its name
