SYNOPSIS
luv init
luv init --name my-gameDESCRIPTION
Scaffolds a new luv project: writes luv.json, main.lua, conf.lua, .gitignore, and the source/library/assets/build directories. Optionally creates and enters a new directory when --name is given.
