After loading the plugins make sure to reload the configs - to get any options we didn't get the first time around

To install HPC::Runner::Command, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm HPC::Runner::Command

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install HPC::Runner::Command
