Things a Makefile should do:

* Make sure make.yaml has been edited once.
* Rebuild Makefile if necessary
* Check to make sure target files were not edited
* Build targets if necessary

To install Module::Make, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm

cpanm Module::Make

CPAN shell

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Module::Make
