partition-zip - Partition input into N partitions, then zip

SYNOPSIS

% partition-zip [options] [input ...]

Examples:

Given this input:

This:

% partition-zip -n2 < INPUT

will give:

1      7
2      8
3      9
4      10
5      11
6      12

which can also be done using something like:

% paste <(head -n 6 INPUT) <(tail -n 6 INPUT)

while this:

% partition-zip -n3 -s'|' < INPUT

will give:

1|5|9
2|6|10
3|7|11
4|8|12

and this:

% partition-zip -n5 -s, < INPUT

will give:

1|4|7|9|11
2|5|8|10|12
3|6

Most of the time, you don't need to build the distribution yourself. You can simply modify the code, then test via:

% prove -l

If you want to build the distribution (e.g. to try to install it locally on your system), you can install Dist::Zilla, Dist::Zilla::PluginBundle::Author::PERLANCAR, Pod::Weaver::PluginBundle::Author::PERLANCAR, and sometimes one or two other Dist::Zilla- and/or Pod::Weaver plugins. Any additional steps required beyond that are considered a bug and can be reported to me.
