Perl::Critic::Policy::ValuesAndExpressions::ProhibitEmptyQuotes
DESCRIPTION
Don't use quotes for an empty string or any string that is pure whitespace. Instead, use q{}
to improve legibility. Better still, created named values like this. Use the x
operator to repeat characters.
