Net::SecurityCenter::API::Feed - Perl interface to Tenable.sc (SecurityCenter) Feed REST API

SYNOPSIS

use Net::SecurityCenter::REST;
use Net::SecurityCenter::API::Feed;

my $sc = Net::SecurityCenter::REST->new('sc.example.org');

$sc->login('secman', 'password');

my $api = Net::SecurityCenter::API::Feed->new($sc);

$sc->logout();

DESCRIPTION

This module provides Perl scripts easy way to interface the Feed REST API of Tenable.sc (SecurityCenter).

CONSTRUCTOR

Net::SecurityCenter::API::Feed->new ( $client )

Create a new instance of Net::SecurityCenter::API::Feed using Net::SecurityCenter::REST class.

METHODS

status

Gets the status of feed the upload associated with type.

Params:

  • type: Feed type

    • all: Return all feeds update status (default)

    • sc: Return SecurityCenter feed update status

    • acttve: Return Active plugins feed update status

    • passive: Return Passive plugins feed update status

    • lce: Return LCE feed update status

update

Sends a job to update the Feed type associated with type.

Params:

  • type: Feed type

    • all: All feeds (default)

    • sc: SecurityCenter feed

    • acttve: Active plugins feed

    • passive: Passive plugins

    • lce: LCE feed

process

Processes an uploaded feed update file and sends a job to update the Feed type associated with type.

Params:

  • type: Feed type

    • sc: SecurityCenter feed update

    • acttve: Active plugins feed update

    • passive: Passive plugins feed update

    • lce: LCE feed update

  • filename: Feed file path (eg. /tmp/all-2.0.tar.gz)
