SYNOPSIS
use Proc::JobQueue::BackgroundQueue;

my $job = Command->new($shell_command_string);
$queue->add($job);
$queue->finish;
DESCRIPTION
This is a subclass of Proc::JobQueue::Job. In the background, run a command-line command.
