Don't use this direectly, instead use @ACPS::Legacy. This plugin does this:

Determines the version from MainModule::VERSION instead of getting it from the dist.ini.

cpanm Dist::Zilla::PluginBundle::ACPS

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Dist::Zilla::PluginBundle::ACPS
