Changes for Perl extension FBP-Demo

	- Adding a one-shot run method to the app to simplify the script,
	  and later also simplify the exe.
	- Disable showing the main frame in the test suite so that the user
	  can have non-blinky tests from day one.
	- Removed the use of ## no critic since I don't use it.
