            * creating anonymous hashes with undef values has changed in Perl
            * Text::CSV_XS changed way it handles blank fields/lines (in a more consistent way), so I had to adopt logic and tests for it

         rows with exactly one column containing an empty space
         wasn't handled right,
         because the written row in the file
         is was just empty and could not be distinguished from
         an empty row without any column
         now it is distinguished as a row with one column is written as
         "" (including with quotes)

         if some csv options were 0 or another defined false value
         they confused some routines
       - implemented STORESIZE and thus enabling splices (like shift, pop) 
         from a csv file
       - removed many bugs from the documentation
       - implemented a better cleaning up of files used by the test scripts

       - fixed bug that occured in Perl <= 5.6.1
         the predefined file type constants are created in a loop with eval statements
         seems that Perl <= 5.6.1 needs help to
         find out that the so exported, but dynamic created statements aren't barewords
         I enclosed the (dynamic) constant creation with a BEGIN { ... } block.
