    - CPANPLUS::Config::YACSmoke, set an env var to specify the base_dir
	for configuration files.

	  Dist::YACSmoke. It will 'trust' the build dir if it has
	  seen a successful prepare/create and stash some meta
	  data in the build dir in a .yacsmoke.yml file.

	- Logic in install_prereq callback slightly out. If the
	  prereq is marked as 'aborted' we really should not give up
	  out of hand, but try it again until we get a FAIL or NA.
	  Otherwise aborted prereqs will never get retried. etc.
