Command-line converter for UUIDs <-> NCNames

Make valid NCName tokens which are also UUIDs

To install Data::UUID::NCName, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Data::UUID::NCName

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Data::UUID::NCName
