	* New serialization format, prefer json
	* convert_project_format() 
	   + archives project state.yml files

	* New class EffectChain used to specify presets, store bypass parameters
	* Replace hated and maligned bus MON mode filter. 
	  (Use 'rerecord' to toggle to previous REC setup.)

      + Two varieties of eager: preview and doodle
