  - Storage backend switched from CDB::TinyCDB to CDB_File, which carries its
    own constant-database implementation. BeePack no longer needs a system CDB
    library (libcdb) — a plain cpanm install works with no OS package. The
    on-disk .bee format is unchanged and existing files read back identically.
  - Continuous integration moved to SimpiCI: a thin GitHub Actions workflow
    delegates to the SimpiCI reusable workflow with the shared [@Author::GETTY]
    provider, which generates a dzil test job for each supported Perl version
    (5.22 through 5.44). The distribution ships no CI job files of its own.
  - LICENSE is now a committed file in the repository.
  - Repository, bugtracker and support metadata are generated from dist.ini and
    the git remote instead of hand-written POD, which also corrects the stale
    repository URL.
