EXPERIMENTAL support for PAR packaging

Makefile.lnx : Makefile for Linux

  Targets: chordpro (standalone binary)
  	   wxchordpro (combined chordpro/wxchordpro binary)

  For wxchordpro you need to have wxPerl and Alien-wxWidgets
  installed.

Makefile.msw : Makefile (dmake) for Microsoft Windows.

  Based on CitrusPerl 5.16.3 with wxWidgets 2.8.
  
  Targets: chordpro.exe (standalone binary)
  	   wxchordpro.exe (standalone binary)

chordpro.pp : pp options for chordpro (generic)

wxchordpro.pp : pp options for wxchordpro (generic)

wxchordpro.lnx.pp : pp options for wxchordpro
		    (Linux, wxWidgets 2.8, all Wx libraries packaged)

wxchordpro.msw.pp : pp options for wxchordpro
		    (MSWindows, all Wx libraries packaged)
