Revision history for Frozen

- ABI version 4. freeze and freeze_container take a flags word
- stringify => 1 stores every defined non-reference scalar as its
string form. A reader that returns text otherwise has to bridge
the gap itself, because JSON's 5 decodes to an IV and freezes as
an integer, and str answers NULL for it.

- ABI version 3, appending three entries: borrow attaches to bytes
in place without copying them, for a block the caller owns and
that outlives the reader; release is close without an
interpreter; verify walks a block and says whether its structure
holds together. What borrow saves scales with the block: nothing
much at 568 bytes, nearly all of it at three megabytes.

- ABI version 2, appending three entries: freeze and
freeze_container build a block from Perl data through the table
rather than through the Perl surface, and val_at reads a hash
value by index the way at() already reads an array element.
- freeze_container adopts the bytes it just built instead of
copying them, so a consumer that freezes at boot pays one
allocation where freeze-then-attach paid two.

- fixes the Windows build: the ABI's own selftest called the table's
close member, which XSUB.h redefines as a macro under
PERL_IMPLICIT_SYS.
