        - Point at the card you mean: the arrow keys walk your hand and the
          line under the fan says what throwing it would leave you.
        - The card you drew or took is marked, and so is the upcard when the
          opponent put it there.
        - Fix: hotseat drew both hands on one screen. There is a hand-over
          between seats now.
        - Fix: Terminal.pm POD declares =encoding utf8, so t/pod.t passes.
        - Fix: there was no way to quit at a prompt.
        - Fix: --level took any number, including ones with no bot behind it.
        - Exit status: 0 if your seat won, 1 if you lost or stopped early.
