    - Moved XSP code over to TaglibHelper module
    - Renamed session plugin to use the Ax 1.6 "Plugin" directory
    - Removed "pnotes" code, since this was causing problems
    - Now using global %session and pushed handlers to do cleanup
    - Fixed Makefile.PL to include all module dependencies
